Looks like a great product so far!

I've tested the product and it seems to work fine. It's robustly built and has all the features you need in the one box and is simple to connect to batteries and solar panels which makes it ideal for an enthusiastic amateur. New system

Just purchased the 3kw hybrid inverter
And i am very pleased with it in general
But the manual could be a bit better in descriptions of the various pages and printed so the words and images aren’t blurred but luckily they have a online version to read and print
The only thing im disappointed in when I emailed customer service for a wifi dongle or blue tooth dongle to fit this inverter they simply said no they didn’t have one in there product line
Which is poor as i can see in the manual they possibly elude to some software and a data cable
But at present I can’t fault this inverter
Would be five stars if had dongle

Ok for the cost

Works fine, but no one can help me with any software or how to access the settings via the comms ports to monitor the input and output.

Installation and setup

Installation. Went according to plan. Batteries connected, panels connected, switched on. Went to setting, set Opp mode to PBG, and Batteries to Lithium. All looked well.

Setup. I noticed that when the solar panels were dark, and the batteries low, the switch to grid happened with no interruption. But, the grid started charging the Batteries as well. I don't want it to do that, not interested in a UPS, Grid is stable, This is when the problems began with the documentation. I can find no obvious setting to get the behavior I want. I will try to get Support to help.
