Good batteries poor service

They claimed to be a uk company but had no idea on any town in the uk. ‘Is Leicester in london?’ they asked.
Promised to be delivered in 3-5 days. We needed them for an event. 8 later they arrived. Tracking was almost pointless ‘in transit’.

Sorry for delay in comments, but although your 12v 30ah lifePo4 lithium battery is very well made, I was unable to fit it in my mobility scooter... My electrical inability , nothing wrong with the product...I will try to find another use for it later...l would however recommend this firm eco worthy.uk to other would be buyers ...thank you. Neat little battery

I now have two of these batteries connected in parallel and the operate very well. The small size is very handy to fit in limited spaces. Any chance of having these batteries in the same size but double the amp hours? Only problem is that my 100W PV panel struggles to fully charge the two batteries. Will have to get a more powerful panel.
