3.Standard Shipping Service: Free shipping orders are shipped using our partner's standard shipping service, with a typical shipping time of 3-7 business days.

We understand you're eager to receive your order! Once payment is confirmed, we'll review your order, prepare the goods, pack them, and arrange for a delivery company to pick them up within one business day (weekends and statutory holidays). You'll receive a shipping notification shortly!

After your order is shipped, the estimated shipping time is 3-7 business days, excluding order processing time. Shipping time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as peak logistics seasons, weather conditions, and customs clearance.

 

Note for Large Products: Large items such as large panel kits and rack batteries require freight transport, which may extend shipping time to 5-14 business days.

We offer free shipping to most parts of the continental United States.

To ensure successful package delivery, we currently do not offer delivery services to certain remote areas, islands, and overseas territories (including but not limited to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

United Kingdom

We offer free delivery to most of the UK mainland.

Please note that to ensure your package arrives safely, we currently cannot deliver to Northern Ireland and the islands. Furthermore, we do not offer delivery within Ireland. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Canada

We offer free delivery to most of Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, and British Columbia. Delivery to other provinces and remote areas is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We can deliver to almost any address within the EU.

Please note that to ensure your package arrives safely, we currently cannot deliver to remote areas and island destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We offer free delivery to most areas of mainland Japan.

Please note that to ensure your package arrives safely, we currently cannot deliver to remote islands (such as parts of Okinawa). Furthermore, we do not offer delivery services outside of Japan. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

1.Package Splitting: Depending on the order content, your items may arrive in multiple packages. After shipment, you can track all package information here.

 

2.Logistics Tracking: Once your order status changes to "Shipped," a shipping confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address, containing the tracking number and tracking link.

 

3.Address Modification: The address cannot be intercepted or modified after the package has been shipped. If you need to change the address, please contact customer service as soon as possible or contact the logistics service provider directly.

1.What if the product I received is damaged?

Before signing for the package: If the outer packaging is obviously damaged, dented, or wet, please take a photo and refuse to sign for it. Please contact us immediately.
After signing for the product: If the product is found to be damaged when unpacking, please contact us within 48 hours after signing for the product and provide clear photos of the damaged area, outer packaging and waybill.

2.Is the package lost or cannot be returned?

If you haven't received your package after it's shown as "delivered," please contact us immediately. We'll investigate with the carrier (usually taking 5-15 business days). Once the loss is confirmed, we'll resend or refund your money.

3.Is the package sent to the wrong address?

Please contact us promptly to provide your order number, product packaging logistics label information, product SKU barcode, and product photos received, and we will propose a solution as soon as possible.

4.Is the package missing?

Please contact us with the shipping label information on the outer packaging and images of the product inside. We will contact our warehouse for feedback and investigation (usually takes 5 business days). After verification, we will reissue or refund your order.
