Site Survey & DNO Application

Following our initial consultation, we will arrange for an MCS-certified installer to visit your property within two weeks to carry out a site survey and collect the information required for the DNO application.

If the site meets the requirements, we will assist with submitting the DNO application and the required documents.

Within 2 weeks After DNO Approval

Professional Installation

Once DNO approval has been received (typically within two weeks, although the exact timeframe may vary by local network operator）, your installation will be scheduled within two weeks. Your MCS-certified installer will complete the full system installation, including wiring, G99 commissioning, system testing and system setup.

how long does it take from booking to switch-on?

what happens if i have an equipment or installation issue after installation?
