Question 3
With “balcony solar” taking off across Europe, it’s time to think DIY! Low-cost mounting options—like solar carports or solar fences—make it easy to generate your own power. Eco-worthy could create social media content to highlight self-build projects to inspire the community. I’d love to see example beyond rooftop solar, like solar fences or car ports.
Small-scale solar isn’t just about cutting your bills, it’s your patriotic duty. Every panel helps reduce gas imports, reduce the deficit, boost national energy resilience, and support your local community by lowering energy costs. Do your bit for the planet and your country—one project at a time!
‘Solar and battery’ makes sense when struggling with increased energy costs and Eco-worthy have well tested and perfect products for most people
In a world of AI generated crap, I refuse to use it, so here is my honest answer from my own words!:
“What moment made you take clean energy seriously? (your energy story)”.
Honestly – this ongoing war in the middle east, which seems to have devolved to a war on energy. Both “sides” are bombing eachother’s power infrastructure and it is very apparent that one action or event can directly influence the quality of life, even if thousands of miles away. On this, I have decided to take as much responsibility into my own hands and if I can generate my own power, and not rely on anyone, I will. I am a certified radio operator and first-aid trauma first responder, if something ever happens in this country and the power is taken out and there is a major national emergency, I NEED to have the resources available to act immediately, and this starts with having power to listen in to the HAM radio and have charged radio systems.
The technology allows us to be fully self sufficient, so why shouldn’t we?!
Build a ready to use basic 12v solar system on a mountable board, which includes choice of battery size. Easy to expand to add inverter, dc-dc charger etc as options or add ons at a later date.
Question 3. Build a plug and play campervan electrical box, DC-DC, MPPT, Shore Power and Charger and Inverter, all in a compact box
