Motorhome essential for powering fridge etc. while on the move

Arrived promptly and exactly as described. Instructions supplied with the unit were a bit basic and didn't properly describe how the unit switches between alternator power and solar power using the integrated MPPT controller. Basically, Solar is disabled while the engine is running. Otherwise Good Value.
This unit is ideal for allowing my 20 year old Motorhome to charge the leisure battery on the move as well as power the new DC/AC/Gas fridge. The original dual output alternator had been replaced a long time ago. I now have two 120W bifacial solar panels connected to this charger to power everything when parked up. The length of cable required to connect the charger to the engine battery is not supplied - beware cable descriptions online which often state a muchly larger wire size than actually supplied. Anderson connectors are supplied but check online about assembling these correctly. You will also need to purchase an in-line fuse to connect to the leisure battery. With better instructions for use, I would give it 5 stars.

Excellent product, price and customer service

I installed my DC to DC charger in July last year and product was simple to install and worked great, it developed a problem in April this year, I contacted Ecco-worthy and sent a couple of videos of the issue and they sent me out a brand new unit for free then next day, cannot ask for better than that, excellent customer service, highly recommend buying from Ecco-worthy as they have you covered.

Easy to install and works well.

The charger wasn't working properly when i installed it , i have sent message to the customer service and got very quick reply and advise. Turned out my earth connection was not good enough. Everything works as it should now. Very impressed with the customer service.

Connections difficult

I would much preferred to have terminals to connect to, rather than flying leads.
Seems to work OK, but only charges momentarily at 40A. Most of the time it's at 27A
